Detoxify

The 2nd stage of our wellness program is detoxification. Detoxification requires energy. It is important to nourish your body before you enter any detoxification process. Before detoxifying make sure you:

  • Have a regular bowel movement.
  • Can handle a temporary reduction in your energy levels.
  • Are not currently experiencing cold/flu symptoms.
  • Are not pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you're feeling too weak focus on nourishing your body and getting lots of rest till you are able to detoxify.
