On Saturday, January 31st, at 7 PM, join us for our next Full Moon Ecstatic Dance Immersion—a transformational journey of embodiment, movement, and connection. Through Yoga/Contact Improv, Ecstatic Dance, Aquatic Healingwork, deep intimate connections, and Sound Healing, we’ll tap into the pure joy of expression, presence, and liberation.

The Full Moon in Leo invites us to step into our radiance, celebrate our aliveness, and lead with the heart. This fiery, heart-centered lunation calls us to release self-doubt, reclaim our creative power, and express ourselves fully and unapologetically through the body.

Leo energy reminds us that transformation happens when we allow ourselves to be seen—when we move from the heart, embody our truth, and dance our unique essence into the world. This moon illuminates joy, courage, playfulness, and the freedom that comes from authentic self-expression.

As we move together under the glowing Leo Full Moon, we’ll create space for energetic release, heart-opening movement, and embodied celebration. The dance becomes devotion, the body becomes a living prayer, and every rhythm brings us closer to our vitality, confidence, and creative fire.

After the dance, we’ll soften into a deeply restorative Aquatic Rebirthing Experience in our pristine heated saltwater pool—allowing the vibrant fire of the Leo Moon to gently integrate into the body, heart, and nervous system. In the warm embrace of water, intensity melts into ease, expression settles into presence, and joy finds its way home.

Our Pool:

Our heated salt water, ozone and UV light sterilized pool has no additional chlorine added. The water salt concentration is similar to a saline solution and 1/10 of ocean water. The water temperature is kept at 95 degrees, similar to our body temperature, which allows our nervous system to relax on a much deeper level since it doesn't need to compensate to heat or cool our bodies. Our pool provides the ideal conditions for a truly regenerative experience back the womb.

What is Aquatic Rebirthing (an introduction to Aquatic Healingwork & Watsu)?

In this session we’ll explore being therapeutically floated weightless in warm water, with the instruction of a trained Aquatic Therapist, with the intention of achieving profound levels of relaxation in the person receiving it.

We’ll divide our group into couples where the receiver is continuously supported while being back-floated, rhythmically cradled, moved, stretched, and massaged. This is a deeply nurturing and healing modality which resembles our familiar and intimate experience of being held as an infant, floating weightless, in the total safety of our mother’s womb. The end result of this experience is the feeling of total liberation and Bliss. To learn more about Watsu® and Aquatic healing work go to www.watsumiami.com

Why Ecstatic Dance and how is it different from other regular dances?

Ecstatic Dance is not just about moving to music—it’s a transformational practice of self-discovery, embodiment, and liberation. Unlike traditional dance forms that focus on structured steps, performance, or external validation, Ecstatic Dance invites you to move freely and intuitively, allowing your body to express itself without judgment or inhibition.

It is a space where movement becomes meditation, a journey inward to connect with your most authentic and radiant self. Here, the dance floor is not a stage—it is a sacred container for emotional release, self-exploration, and energetic transformation.

Through dynamic interactions with music and others, we learn to listen to our bodies, awaken dormant energies, and transcend limitations. We use the rhythm to channel our emotions, desires, and attractions—not to suppress them, but to harness them as fuel for expansion and growth.

Ecstatic Dance is about raw, unfiltered expression, a space where movement is a language that speaks from the heart and soul. It’s not about how you look—it’s about how you feel. It’s not about performing—it’s about being.

In this shared energy, we shed layers of conditioning, break through mental barriers, and step into a state of pure presence, connection, and bliss. Through this journey, we don’t just dance—we transform.

At Ecstatic Dance Miami, we embrace our desires and attractions as powerful sources of energy for transformation. Instead of seeking externally, we turn inward—fully witnessing our inner world in its raw, unfiltered authenticity. Through movement, we shift our awareness away from mental chatter and into the sensations, emotions, and energy within, allowing the music and our interactions to awaken, amplify, and channel our life force into a deeper state of embodiment, truth, and flow.

This practice is a tantric journey of energetic transformation, guiding us to raise the life force from our root to our crown, igniting an inner fire that clears blockages, releases emotional restrictions, and dissolves attachments. We dance not just for expression, but as a sacred cleansing ritual, allowing our being to become an empty vessel, free of burdens—where only BLISS & LOVE remain.
