On Saturday March 15th at 7pm we will have our next Full Moon Ecstatic Dance Immersion, our monthly tranformational exploratory experience into full presence, through conscious authentic movement, Contact Improv, intimate connections, Ecstatic Dance, Tantra, Aquatic Healingwork and Sound Healing.
On the New Moon of Sunday, Dec 1st, at 5 PM, we’ll gather for an intimate evening of profound exploration and transformation in a uniquely crafted workshop, incorporating the therapeutic practices of Breathwork, Aquatic Rebirthing (an introduction to Watsu & Aquatic Healingwork), and Sound Healing.
Join us for this transformative journey, starting with a live, specially curated DJ-led Breathwork session that integrates the powerful practices of Holotropic Breathwork, Quantum Light Breath, Pranayama, and Rebirthing. Using a gentle yet potent hypnotic circular breathing technique, we will guide you in activating your system and breaking through past limitations, often imposed by unconscious, repressed beliefs and emotions that may be holding you back from realizing your true potential. Together, we’ll use our voices to awaken our inner dragons, moving from repression to radical expression. This practice is designed to peel away layers of body memory and armor stored from emotional repression, awakening your senses, increasing emotional intelligence, and rejuvenating your spirit.
